The 2006 Novice and Open Class champion in Western Canada and in 2008 the top Open Class driver and third overall, Mark has made his impression on the Canadian rally scene.

In a few short years, Mark has placed as high as 6th place in National events and excels at competing against larger budget teams with much more modern equipment.

Mick has biking in his blood, passed down from his father and grandfather. He promised himself at seventeen while watching the rally on the T.V. that he would compete in it. 20 years and 5 Dakar’s later he is realising his dream.

Mick has always had this philosophy on life; live each day as if it were your last, you never know what’s happening tomorrow. If you choose to pursue something whether it is sport, a career or a hobby you must fully commit yourself to it and give 100% otherwise it’s not worth doing.
